I am dynamic Gen X woman living life to the fullest. Having navigated the complexities of divorce, widowhood, and a full-on professional career as an executive leader, I bring a wealth of life-experience to the table. My journey has been all about resilience, personal growth, and unending positivity!

I am fortunate to live my third life-time of love with my wonderful partner his two teenage daughters, and my Hungarian Vizsla while sharing my time between our city-home in Brisbane and my bush-home in Wollombi NSW.

With a passion for beauty, health, travel and wellness, I thrive by staying active and love having adventures joined by my partner and my Hungarian Vizsla. Whether we're just exercising, running with the dog, horseriding, learning to surf, traveling, volunteering as an RFS bush fire fighter, kayaking along Australia's coasts, or camping in the great outdoors, I embrace every moment with enthusiasm and fun.

Being a generalist, my content touches on everything from wellness, skin care, healthy living, pet care travel, and exciting adventures and aging gracefully, whilst also caring for our planet.

I connect well with Gen X and Baby-boomer generations, and I aim to inspire others to also live their best and most active lives.
