I am dynamic Gen X woman living life to the fullest. Having navigated the complexities of divorce, widowhood, and a full-on professional career as an executive leader, I bring a wealth of life-experience to the table. My journey has been all about resilience, personal growth, and unending positivity!

I am fortunate to live my third life-time of love with my wonderful husband his two teenage daughters, and my Hungarian Vizsla, E-Or, while sharing my time between our city-home in Brisbane and my bush-home in Wollombi NSW.

With a passion for beauty, travel and healthy living, I thrive by staying active and love having adventures with my husband and our family.

Whether I am having a coffee, walking the dog, horseriding, learning to surf, traveling, volunteering as an RFS bush fire fighter, kayaking along Australia's coasts, or camping in the great outdoors, I embrace every moment with enthusiasm and fun.

Being a generalist, my content touches on everything from wellness, skin care, healthy living, pet care travel, and exciting adventures, with a focus on aging gracefully, whilst also caring for our planet.

I connect well with Gen X and Baby-boomer generations, and I aim to inspire others to also live their best and most active lives.
